Beercations on the Rise

You don't have to travel all the way to Belgium or Oktoberfest to get an amazing and authentic beer experience. Although it may remain on our bucket lists, America's own unique beer culture has given us the luxury of finding the exbeerience right in our back yards. Organized beer tours with food and transportation are easy to find in many major metros. Facebook beer groups are littered with 'recommendations please'. Trivago even compiled their top Beercation Hotels Stumbling Distance from Craft Breweries. The travel and tourism industry is capitalizing on the impact the scene has had on destination planning.

Briess Caramel 20L is a light crystal malt made with 6-row barley. It imparts a golden color, candy-like sweetness, and mild caramel flavor. Crystal malts also add body and improve head retention. Usage is progressive, starting light to balance pilsners and reaching the maximum 15% to impart color and sweetness to darker ales, stouts, and porters.

AZACCA HOP PELLETS

Excellent aromatic qualities make Azacca® a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles, although its high myrcene fraction has made it a favorite of IPA brewers. Shows well as a single hop in a simple grist. Intense and tropical. Sustained impressions of citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit (pears, apples) and pine needles throughout.
